My name is Ricardo Fernandez, and I founded Fernandez National Services LLC with a simple mission: to bring integrity, reliability, and pride back into facility support services.

For years, I worked closely in with contractors in the construction and facilities industry and saw things that troubled me, that demanded accountability. Too many companies cut corners whether it is skipping standards for the sake of time, ignoring specifications because they have been doing it for a plethora of years, or doing just the bare minimum. I witnessed brand-new construction projects with punch lists longer than they should have been due to rushing crafts to shorten the schedule for the project and producing errors that degrade longevity and safety of those using the install. I've seen installations where systems and structures were degrading far too rapidly, all because integrity and accountability had been put last.

But the consequences go beyond poor workmanship. These are facilities where military and civilian service members live, work, and serve. Their safety, their mission readiness, an their peace of mind depends on buildings that are maintained properly and built to last. When shortcuts are taken, it isn't just the facility that suffers, it is the people inside too.

That's why I started Fernandez National Services. We provide comprehensive facility support, whether cleaning, maintenance, repairs,  or more. With a focus on doing the job right the first time, we don't believe in circumventing the specifications and skirting the process. We believe in accountability, precision, and service. Every task is performed with the pride of knowing we're contributing to the people who depend on these facilities every day.
